Al-Adab Al-Mufrad #1015
Greetings

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ خِدَاشٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، عَنْ قُرَيْشٍ الْبَصْرِيِّ هُوَ ابْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، أَنَّ أَنَسًا كَانَ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ ادَّهَنَ يَدَهُ بِدُهْنٍ طَيِّبٍ لِمُصَافَحَةِ إِخْوَانِهِ.
It is reported by Thabit al-Bannani that Anas used to oil his
hand with scented oil in the morning for the sake of shaking hands with
his brothers.
