حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَسْبَاطِ الْحَارِثِيُّ وَاسْمُهُ بِشْرُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم: الْمُؤْمِنُ غِرٌّ كَرِيمٌ، وَالْفَاجِرُ خَبٌّ لَئِيمٌ.
Abu Hurayra reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless
him and grant him peace, said, "The believer is guileless and generous
while the corrupt is a swindler and miserly."
