Supplication

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُهَاجِرٌ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ الأَوْدِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ فِيمَا يَدْعُو: اللَّهُمَّ تَوَفَّنِي مَعَ الأَبْرَارِ، وَلاَ تُخَلِّفْنِي فِي الأَشْرَارِ، وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالأخْيَارِ.
It is reported that 'Umar used to make supplication with his words,
") Allah, let me die with the pious and do not leave me among the evil.
Join me to the good."
