وَعَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ اَلسَّاعِدِيِّ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ } رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ فِي " صَحِيحَيْهِمَا " 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- صحيح.‏ رواه ابن حبان ( 1166 )‏، وأما عزوه للحاكم فلعله وهم من الحافظ.‏ والله أعلم.‏ وللحديث شواهد كثيرة مذكورة في " الأصل ".‏
Narrated Abu Humaid as-Sa'idi (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is not lawful for a person to take his brother's stick except if he is pleased with such." .
