Business Transactions

وَعَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ اَلسَّاعِدِيِّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ عَصَا أَخِيهِ بِغَيْرِ طِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنْهُ } رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ فِي
" صَحِيحَيْهِمَا " 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه ابن حبان ( 1166 )، وأما عزوه للحاكم فلعله وهم من الحافظ. والله أعلم. وللحديث شواهد كثيرة مذكورة في " الأصل ".
Narrated Abu Humaid as-Sa'idi (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is not lawful for a person to take his brother's stick except if he is pleased with such."
