وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ, عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا كَفَالَةَ فِي حَدٍّ } رَوَاهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ بِإِسْنَادٍ ضَعِيفٍ 1 .1 - منكر. رواه البيهقي ( 6 / 77 ) وقال: " إسناده ضعيف. تفرد به بقية، عن أبي محمد؛ عمر بن أبي عمر الكلاعي، وهو من مشايخ بقية المجهولين، ورواياته منكرة ".
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "No surety is allowed regarding a prescribed punishment."
