Business Transactions

وَفِي رِوَايَةِ اَلطَّحَاوِيِّ: قَضَى اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ, وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 1 .1 - رواه الطحاوي في " شرح المعاني " ( 4 / 126 )، وقال الحافظ في " الفتح " ( 4 / 436 ). وروى البيهقي من حديث ابن عباس مرفوعا: " الشفعة في كل شيء ". ورجاله ثقات إلا أنه أعل بالإرسال، وأخرج الطحاوي له شاهدا من حديث جابر بإسناد لا بأس برواته ".
