وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اَلْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْه ِ 1 .1 - صحيح . رواه البخاري ( 2625 ) ، ومسلم ( 1625 ) ( 25 ) ، والسياق لمسلم ، وأما البخاري فعن جابر قال : قضى النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- بالعمرى أنها لمن وهبت له.
Narrated Jabir (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "What is given in life-tenancy belongs to the one to whom it is given."
