Business Transactions

وَرَوَاهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- , وَزَادَ فِي آخِرِهِ : { إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اَلْوَرَثَةُ } وَإِسْنَادُهُ حَسَنٌ 1 .1 - منكر . رواه الدارقطني ( 4 /98 و 152 ) بسند ضعيف ، بل أعله الحافظ نفسه في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 62 / رقم 1370 ) . قلت : وسبب النكارة هذه الزيادة : " إلا أن يشاء الورثة " فقد ورد الحديث عن جماعة من الصحابة دون هذه الزيادة فلم ترد إلا بهذا الإسناد الضعيف . بل الحديث جاء عن ابن عباس نفسه بسند حسن . رواه الدارقطني ( 4 / 98 ) بدون هذه الزيادة ، بل وحسن الحافظ نفسه إسناده من الطريق التي ليست فيها الزيادة فقال في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 62 / رقم 1369 ) أثناء تخريجه لحديث : " لا وصية لوارث " . " رواه الدارقطني من حديث ابن عباس بسند حسن " . ومن راجع " التلخيص " عرف صواب صنيع الحافظ هناك ، وأيضا عرف وهمه هنا رحمه الله ".
