Marriage

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ أَوْ أَهْلِهِ , فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَصَحَّحَهُ , وَكَذَلِكَ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 1 .1 - حسن . رواه أحمد ( 3 / 301 و 377 ) ، وأبو داود ( 2078 ) ، والترمذي ( 1111 و 1112 ) من طريق عبد الله بن محمد بن عقيل ، عن جابر ، به . واللفظ لأحمد ، وفي لفظ وهو للترمذي : " بغير إذن سيده " . ولفظ أبي داود : "بغير إذن مواليه" . وقال الترمذي: " هذا حديث حسن صحيح " . قلت : بل حسن فقط من أجل ابن عقيل.
Narrated Jabir (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Any slave who marries without the permission of his masters or owners is (like) a fornicator."
