Bulugh al-Maram #1161
Marriage

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا- قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اَلْعَرَبُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَكْفَاءُ بَعْضٍ , وَالْمَوَالِي بَعْضُهُمْ أَكْفَاءُ بَعْضٍ , إِلَّا حَائِكٌ أَوْ حَجَّامٌ } رَوَاهُ اَلْحَاكِمُ , وَفِي إِسْنَادِهِ رَاوٍ لَمْ يُسَمَّ , وَاسْتَنْكَرَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ 1 .1 - موضوع . وقد سأل ابن أبي حاتم أباه عنه فقال (1 /412/ 1236 ) : " هذا كذب . لا أصل له " . وقال في موضع آخر ( 1 /423 - 424 / 1275 ) : " هذا حديث منكر " . وأيضا قال بوضعه ابن حبان في " المجروحين " ( 2 /124 ) ، وابن عبد البر في "التمهيد" إذ قال : " حديث منكر موضوع ".
Narrated Ibn 'Umar (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "The Arabs are equal to one another and the Mawali (Non-Arabs, and originally former slaves) are equal to one another, except a weaver or a cupper."
