Marriage

وَمِنْ طَرِيقِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ أَيْضًا قَالَ : { قَضَى عُمَرُ فِي اَلْعِنِّينِ , أَنْ يُؤَجَّلَ سَنَةً، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 1 } .1 - ضعيف . رواه ابن أبي شيبة ( 2 /4 / 207 ) . وأيضا رواه ابن أبي شيبة ، عن عمر من طرق أخرى ، لكنها معلومة كلها . ولكنه صح عن ابن مسعود بلفظ : " يؤجل العنين سنة ، فإن جامع وإلا فرق بينهما" . رواه ابن أبي شيبة ( 2 /4 /206 ) بسند صحيح.
Narrated Sa'id bin al-Musaiyab this Hadith also: 'Umar (RA) gave a decree regarding a husband who is impotent that he must be given delay for one year.
