The Book of Purification
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
وَعَنْهَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ اَلْغَائِطِ قَالَ:
"غُفْرَانَكَ" } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ. وَصَحَّحَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ, وَالْحَاكِم ُ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه أبو داود (30)، والترمذي (7)، وابن ماجه (300)، والنسائي في "عمل اليوم والليلة" (79)، وأحمد (655)، وابن حبان (1444)، والحاكم (185)، من حديث عائشة رضي الله عنها .
Narrated ‘Aisha (rad): When the Prophet (ﷺ) came out of the privy, he used to say, “Ghufranaka (O Allah! Grant me Your forgiveness)”. .
