Crimes (Qisas or Retaliation)

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { أَلَا إِنَّ دِيَةَ اَلْخَطَأِ شِبْهِ اَلْعَمْدِ -مَا كَانَ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا- مَائَةٌ مِنَ اَلْإِبِلِ, مِنْهَا أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 11 - صحيح رواه أبو داود (4547). والنسائي (8 /41)، وابن ماجه (2627) وابن حبان (1526) بسند صحيح، عن عبد الله بن عمر؛ أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم خطب يوم الفتح بمكة، فكبر ثلاثا، ثم قال: "لا إله إلا الله وحده، صدق وعده، ونصر عبده، وهزم الأحزاب وحده، ألا إن كل مأثرة كانت في الجاهلية تذكر وتدعى من دم أو مال تحت قدمي، إلا ما كان من سقاية الحاج وسدانة البيت ألا إن دية الخطأ ..." الحديث والسياق لأبي داود.
‘Abdullah Ibn 'Amro ibn al-'As (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The Diyah for accidental and quasi-deliberate homicide -such as that inflicted with a whip or a stick- is a hundred camels, forty of which are pregnant she-camels.” Related by Abu-Dawud, An-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah. Ibn Hibban graded it as Sahih.
Narrated by ‘Abdullah Ibn 'Amro ibn al-'As (RAA) narrated that The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
