The Book of Purification

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { غُسْلُ اَلْجُمُعَةِ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُحْتَلِمٍ } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلسَّبْعَة ُ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (879)، ومسلم (846)، وأبو داود (341)، والنسائي (3/92)، وابن ماجه (1089)، وأحمد (3 /60). "تنبيه": وهم الحافظ رحمه الله في عزوه الحديث للترمذي.
Narrated Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (rad): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “Taking a bath on Friday is a must for every adult”. .
