Oaths and Vows

The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.

وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ اَلْخُدْرِيِّ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { "لَا تُشَدُّ اَلرِّحَالُ إِلَّا إِلَى ثَلَاثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ: مَسْجِد اَلْحَرَامِ, وَمَسْجِدِ اَلْأَقْصَى, وَمَسْجِدِي" } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ, وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْبُخَارِيِّ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- انظر رقم ( 707 )‏.‏ وفي الأصل كذا: "الثلاثة" وفي "أ" "ثلاثة" وهو الموافق لما في "الصحيحين".‏
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No (religious) journey is to be undertaken except to (pray in) the three mosques: The Sacred Mosque (Makkah), the Aqsa Mosque (Jerusalem), and this Mosque of mine (al-Madinah)." .
