وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ : { اَلْمُسْتَبَّانِ مَا قَالَا, فَعَلَى اَلْبَادِئِ, مَا لَمْ يَعْتَدِ اَلْمَظْلُومُ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ. 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (2487).
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When two men insult one another, what they say is mainly the fault of the one who began it, so long as the one who is oppressed does not transgress.” Related by Muslim.
