The Book of Prayer

وَعَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ- { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -صَلَّى بِهِمْ , فَسَهَا فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ , ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدَ , ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَاَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَحَسَّنَهُ , وَالْحَاكِمُ وَصَحَّحَهُ . 11 - شاذ . رواه أبو داود ( 1039 ) ، والترمذي ( 395 ) ، والحاكم ( 1 / 323 ) وقال الترمذي : " حسن غريب صحيح " . قلت : الإسناد صحيح ، إلا أن قوله : " ثم تشهد" شاذ تفرد به أشعت بن عبد الملك الحمراني ، فلم يذكرها غيره ، ولذلك ردها غير واحد من أهل العلم . فقال الحافظ في " الفتح " ( 3 / 99 ) : " زيادة أشعت شاذة " . وقال ابن المنذر في " الأوسط " ( 3 / 317 ) : " لا أحسب يثبت " قلت : يعني التشهد في ثبوت السهو . وذهب إلى ذلك غيرهما أيضا، وجاء التشهد في ثبوت السهو في خبرين غير خبر عمران هذا لكنهما لا يثبتان كما هو مبين " بالأصل " .
Narrated 'Imran bin Husain (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) led them in prayer and forgot (something). He then made two prostrations and then said the Tashahhud and uttered the Taslim (salutation).
