The Book of Prayer
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: { أَقَامَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ يَقْصُرُ } وَفِي لَفْظٍ: { بِمَكَّةَ تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ يَوْمًا } رَوَاهُ اَلْبُخَارِيّ ُ 1 .1 - صحيح. اللفظ الأول. رواه البخاري (1080)، واللفظ الثاني عنده برقم (4298).
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) (made a journey during which) he had a stop of nineteen days, during which he shortened his prayers.
And in a narration: "(he (ﷺ) stayed) nineteen days in Makkah."
