Business Transactions

وَعَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا-; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ اَلْمُحَاقَلَةِ, وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ, وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ, وَعَنْ اَلثُّنْيَا, إِلَّا أَنْ تُعْلَمَ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ إِلَّا اِبْنَ مَاجَهْ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه أبو داود ( 3405 )، والنسائي ( 7 / 37 - 38 )، والترمذي ( 1290 )، وقال الترمذي: " حديث حسن صحيح ".
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade Muhaqalah, Muzabanah, and Mukhabarah. He also forbade Thunya unless it was explicit (a known amount).
