وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ -رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا- قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ اَلْخَرَاجُ بِالضَّمَانِ } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ, وَضَعَّفَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ, وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ, وَابْنُ اَلْجَارُودِ, وَابْنُ حِبَّانَ, وَالْحَاكِمُ, وَابْنُ اَلْقَطَّانِ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه أبو داود ( 3508 )، والنسائي ( 7 / 254 )، والترمذي ( 1285 و 1286 )، وابن ماجه ( 2442 )، وأحمد ( 6 / 49 و 161 و 208 و 237 )، وابن الجارود ( 627 )، وابن حبان ( 1125 )، والحاكم ( 2 / 15 ). وقال الترمذي: " حديث حسن صحيح غريب ". قلت: وله طرق فصلت الكلام عليها في " الأصل ".
Narrated 'Aishah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Any profit goes to the one who bears responsibility."
