وَعَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ - رضى الله عنه - { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ اَلْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً } رَوَاهُ اَلْخَمْسَةُ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَابْنُ اَلْجَارُودِ 1 .1 - صحيح بشواهده. رواه أبو داود ( 3356 )، والنسائي ( 7 / 292 )، والترمذي ( 1237 )، وابن ماجه ( 2270 )، وأحمد ( 5 / 12 و 19 و 22 )، وابن الجارود ( 611 ) من طريق الحسن، عن سمرة، به. وقال الترمذي: " حديث حسن صحيح ". قلت: والحسن مدلس وقد عنعنه، إلا أن له شواهد - يصح بها الحديث - مذكورة " بالأصل ".
Narrated Samura bin Jundub (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade selling animals for animals when payment was to be made at a later date.
