وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ -صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: { لَا يَغْلَقُ اَلرَّهْنُ مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ اَلَّذِي رَهَنَهُ, لَهُ غُنْمُهُ, وَعَلَيْهِ غُرْمُهُ } رَوَاهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَالْحَاكِمُ, وَرِجَالهُ ثِقَاتٌ. إِلَّا أَنَّ اَلْمَحْفُوظَ عِنْدَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ وَغَيْرِهِ إِرْسَالُهُ 1 .1 - ضعيف مرفوعا. رواه الدارقطني ( 3 / 33 )، والحاكم ( 2 / 51 ) مرفوعا. ورواه مرسلا أبو داود في " المراسيل " ( 187 ) وهو الصواب، كما ذهب إلى ذلك جماعة من أهل العلم.
Narrated : Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "A pledge does not become lost to its owner when he does not redeem it in time. Any increase in its value goes to him and any lost must be borne by him."
