وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ -صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ { كُلُّ قَرْضٍ جَرَّ مَنْفَعَةً, فَهُوَ رِبًا } رَوَاهُ اَلْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ, وَإِسْنَادُهُ سَاقِطٌ 1 .1 - ضعيف جدا، وقد أفصح الحافظ في " التلخيص " ( 3 / 34 ) عن علته، فقال: " في إسناده سوار بن مصعب، وهو متروك ".
Narrated 'Ali (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Every loan, which leads to a benefit, is usury."
