عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ, عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقُولُ: { مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَالَهُ بِعَيْنِهِ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَفْلَسَ, فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2402 )، ومسلم ( 1559 ).
Narrated Abu Bakr bin 'Abdur-Rahman on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA): We heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: "If a creditor finds his very property with a debtor who becomes bankrupt, he is more entitled to it than anyone else."
