وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ اَلشَّرِيدِ, عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَيُّ اَلْوَاجِدِ يُحِلُّ عِرْضَهُ وَعُقُوبَتَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَعَلَّقَهُ اَلْبُخَارِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه البخاري معلقا ( 5 / 62 )، ووصله أبو داود ( 3628 )، والنسائي ( 7 / 316 )، وأيضا ابن ماجه ( 3627 )، وابن حبان ( 1164 ). وقال الحافظ في " الفتح ": " إسناده حسن ". و" اللي ": المطل. و " الواجد ": الغني. علق البخاري عن سفيان قوله: عرضه: يقول: مطلتني. وعقوبته: الحبس. قلت: ودليل الحبس في الشريعة حديث بهز بن حكيم، عن أبيه، عن جده، أن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم- حبس رجلا في تهمة، ثم خلى عنه وهو حديث حسن، وقد خرجته في كتاب " الأقضية النبوية " لابن الطلاع -يسر الله نشره-.
Narrated 'Amr bin ash-Sharid on the authority of his father: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Delay in payment on the part of one who possesses the means, makes it lawful to dishonor and punish him."
