حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا رَمَى الْجِمَارَ مَشَى إِلَيْهَا ذَاهِبًا وَرَاجِعًا ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏.‏ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ يَرْكَبُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ وَيَمْشِي فِي الأَيَّامِ الَّتِي بَعْدَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَكَأَنَّ مَنْ قَالَ هَذَا إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ اتِّبَاعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي فِعْلِهِ لأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ رَكِبَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ حَيْثُ ذَهَبَ يَرْمِي الْجِمَارَ وَلاَ يَرْمِي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ إِلاَّ جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ ‏.‏
