Fasting

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نِعْمَ سَحُورُ الْمُؤْمِنَ التَّمْرُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying, “How good is the believer’s meal of dates shortly before dawn!”
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
