Fasting
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَائِما فِي الْعشْر قطّ. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
‘A'isha said she never saw God’s messenger fasting during the first ten days of Dhul Hijja.
Muslim transmitted it.
