Mishkat al-Masabih #2030
The Excellent Qualities of the Qur'an
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
Abū Mas'ūd reported God’s messenger as saying, “If anyone recites the two verses at the end of sūra al-Baqara at night they will avert harm from him.” *Or will be enough for him.
(Bukhārī and Muslim.)
