Inheritance and Wills

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْقَاتِلُ لَا يَرِثُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “One who kills a man cannot inherit from him.”
Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
