Marriage

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَه قيل: معنى الإغلاق: الْإِكْرَاه
‘A’isha told of hearing God’s Messenger say, “There is no divorce or emancipation in case of ighlaq." It is said that the meaning of ighlaq is “constraint”.
Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
