Mishkat al-Masabih #3262
Emancipation
Ibn ‘Umar reported God’s Messenger as saying, “If anyone emancipates a slave who owns property he gets the slave’s property, unless the master stipulates otherwise.”
Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah transmitted it.
