Purification
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: تَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً مَرَّةً لَمْ يَزِدْ عَلَى هَذَا. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ
‘Abdallah b. ‘Abbas said that God’s messenger performed each detail of his ablution once, doing no more than that.
Bukhari transmitted it.
