Musnad `Umar b. al-Khattab (ra)
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: Some righteous men, including ‘Umar - and the most righteous of them in my view was 'Umar - confirmed when I was present that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: `There is no prayer after Fajr until the sun rises and there is no prayer after 'Asr until the sun sets.`
