Musnad `Umar b. al-Khattab (ra)

حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ فِي الْحَرِيرِ فِي إِصْبَعَيْنِ.
It was narrated from ʼUmar رضي الله عنه that: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) granted a concession allowing silk the width of two fingers.
