Musnad Uthman ibn Affan

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، قَالَ شَهِدْتُ عُثْمَانَ يَأْمُرُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ وَذَبْحِ الْحَمَامِ.
Al Hasan narrated: I saw `Uthman enjoining, in his khutbah, the killing of dogs and the slaughter of pigeons.
