Musnad 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said: There were no horsemen among us on the day of Badr apart from al-Miqdad. I could not see any of us who was not asleep, apart from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who remained praying beneath a tree and weeping until morning.
