Muwatta Malik #1099
Game

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَانَ يَكْرَهُ مَا قَتَلَ الْمِعْرَاضُ وَالْبُنْدُقَةُ .
Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that al-Qasim
ibn Muhammad disapproved of eating game that had been killed with
throwing sticks and by clay pellets.
