Yahya related to me from Malik from Ismail ibn Abi Hakim from
Abiyda ibn Sufyan al-Hadrami from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of
Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Eating animals
with fangs is haram. "
Malik said, "This is the custom among
us."
