Muwatta Malik #1826
The Description of the Prophet, may Allah Bless Him and Grant Him Peace
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
Yahya related to me from Malik from
Abdullah ibn Dinar that Abdullah ibn Umar said, ''Umar ibn al-Khattab
was asked about locusts. He said, 'I would like to have a basket of
them, from which we could eat.' "
