Riyad as-Salihin #910

The Book of the Prohibited actions

The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.

'Iyad bin Himar (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Verily, Allah has revealed to me that you should adopt humility. So that no one may wrong another and no one may be disdainful and haughty towards another.".
