وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ شَيْبَةَ وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ ‏.‏ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ ‏.‏
" Selling of the fruits (on the tree) in advance for two years."
Narrated by Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) forbidding selling of (produce) in advance for two years, and in the narmtion of Ibu Abd Shaiba (the words are):
