حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ صِيَاحُ الْمَوْلُودِ حِينَ يَقَعُ نَزْغَةٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
The crying of the child (starts) when the satan begins to prick him.
Narrated by Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

In this hadith, Abu Huraira narrates that the crying of a newborn begins when Satan pricks the child. O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.
سُورَةُ النَّحۡلِ
An-Nahl (The Bee)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
2 ayahs
فَإِذَا قَرَأْتَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ فَٱسْتَعِذْ بِٱللَّهِ مِنَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ ٱلرَّجِيمِ
So when you recite the Qur'an, [first] seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled [from His mercy].
وَإِذَا بُشِّرَ أَحَدُهُم بِٱلْأُنثَىٰ ظَلَّ وَجْهُهُۥ مُسْوَدًّۭا وَهُوَ كَظِيمٌۭ
And when one of them is informed of [the birth of] a female, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief.
سُورَةُ الانشِقَاقِ
Al-Inshiqaaq (The Splitting Open)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُوا۟ ثُبُورًۭا
He will cry out for destruction
