This hadith from Sunan an-Nasa'i (Book of The Book of Horses, Races and Shooting), narrated by It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet said:, states: ""Omens are only in three things: a woman, a horse or a house.""

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلاَثَةٍ الْمَرْأَةِ وَالْفَرَسِ وَالدَّارِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
