أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ فَذَكَرَهُ نَحْوَهُ‏.‏‏ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ طَارِقٍ‏.‏‏
"The Messenger of Allah forbade Al-Muhaqalah." Sa'eed said: "And he narrated something similar." And Sufyan Ath-Thawri reported it from Tariq.

Abasa (He frowned)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
The Prophet frowned and turned away
سُورَةُ غَافِرٍ
Ghafir (The Forgiver)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

۞ قُلْ إِنِّى نُهِيتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ لَمَّا جَآءَنِىَ ٱلْبَيِّنَٰتُ مِن رَّبِّى وَأُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُسْلِمَ لِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Say, [O Muhammad], "Indeed, I have been forbidden to worship those you call upon besides Allah once the clear proofs have come to me from my Lord, and I have been commanded to submit to the Lord of the worlds."
سُورَةُ الشُّعَرَاءِ
Ash-Shu'araa (The Poets)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Thamud denied the messengers
