حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لَشِبْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْرٌ مِنَ الأَرْضِ وَمَا عَلَيْهَا - الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا .
“A
hand span in Paradise is better than the earth and everything
on it.”

narrated from Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet (ﷺ)
said:
Context
The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) emphasizes the immense value of even a small portion of Paradise, stating that a hand span in Paradise is better than the entire world and all that it contains. بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

وَٱدْخُلِى جَنَّتِى
And enter My Paradise."
سُورَةُ الحَدِيدِ
Al-Hadid (The Iron)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

سَابِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍۢ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا كَعَرْضِ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ أُعِدَّتْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Race toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allah and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allah which He gives to whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
سُورَةُ الفُرۡقَانِ
Al-Furqaan (The Criterion)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ يَوْمَئِذٍ خَيْرٌۭ مُّسْتَقَرًّۭا وَأَحْسَنُ مَقِيلًۭا
The companions of Paradise, that Day, are [in] a better settlement and better resting place.
