Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Al-Hijr, Ayah 18
إِلَّا مَنِ ٱسْتَرَقَ ٱلسَّمْعَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ
Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame.
