Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Al-Hijr, Ayah 5
مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
No nation will precede its term, nor will they remain thereafter.
