Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Al-Israa, Ayah 44
تُسَبِّحُ لَهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ ٱلسَّبْعُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَإِن مِّن شَىْءٍ إِلَّا يُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تَفْقَهُونَ تَسْبِيحَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ حَلِيمًا غَفُورًۭا
The seven heavens and the earth and whatever is in them exalt Him. And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise, but you do not understand their [way of] exalting. Indeed, He is ever Forbearing and Forgiving.

Scholars offer complementary perspectives
(The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein) of created beings (praise Him, and there is not a thing) among plants (but hymneth his praise) His command; (but ye understand not their praise) you do not understand the language in which it is said. (Lo! He is ever Clement) with His servants since He does not hasten punishment on them, (Forgiving) of those who repent.

Narrated by Abu Huraira reported that Fatima (the daughter of the Holy Prophet) came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and asked for a servant. He said to her:

The seven heavens and the earth and all that is therein proclaim His praise they affirm His transcendence. And there is not a thing among things created but proclaims enwrapped in His praise in other words everything says subhāna’Llāh wa-bi-hamdihi ‘Glory and praise be to God’; but you do not understand their glorification because it is not proclaimed in your language. Lo! He is Forbearing Forgiving for He does not hasten to bring about your punishment.
