Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Al-Muminoon, Ayah 86
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
